Data Champions has built our capacity to support our school in the use of data. It has helped us to become data informed rather than data driven. Through the program and our action-research project, we have become more confident data-storytellers who now have a greater insight into data, it’s uses and the varied contexts it can be used within a school. It has allowed us to begin to make extensive impacts on student growth and achievement through the use of individual student and cohort data to inform teachers in their planning and programming. Selena is always there to help and there is nothing that is too much trouble. She consistently makes you feel at ease and supports you by taking the time to clarify and assist. Thank you Selena for an amazing 12 month journey that we hope to continue.
