Data Champions provided me with both a deeper intellectual understanding of data and practical tools to use in the classroom and across the school. Additionally, while data was the driving focus the leadership training and guidance was also invaluable. Most importantly, the time to consider each new learning and consider how/when to deploy those was exceptional. 8 days was a huge investment but the reward was well and truly worth it. On top of this, Selena’s expertise and personal touch made the whole experience extremely valuable.
